4 U Songs creates personalized, AI-composed songs from the details you share. We
collect only what we need to make and deliver your song, and we don't sell it, share it for
advertising, or use it to train AI models. This page explains what we collect, why, and how
long we keep it.
What we collect
- The story you provide — names, your relationship, the occasion, memories, inside
jokes, and any free-form notes you type into the create form. This is what your song is
written from.
- Your email address — to send your private song link and updates about your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — standard request information (e.g. IP address) used for
anti-abuse and rate-limiting on the free preview.
How we use it
- To compose your lyrics and generate your song, cover art, and (on eligible tiers) a lyric video.
- To email you your private delivery link and order updates.
- To honor our free-redo guarantee and answer support requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the free preview.
How long we keep it
Your finished song, cover art, and video are kept as a lasting keepsake so you can come back
to your private link anytime. The raw personal story you typed into the form is
automatically deleted from our systems within about 45 days of your order — we keep only
your finished lyrics, title, and the song files themselves after that.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers strictly to deliver your song. We do not
sell your data or share it for advertising. These providers are:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — secure file storage and anti-bot protection.
- Resend — email delivery.
- AI providers — to compose lyrics and generate music from your story. Your details are
sent only to produce your song and are not used by us to train any model.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never use your story or song to train our own AI models.
- We never post or share your song publicly without your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, or request a copy of what we hold.
Just email us (below) and we'll take care of it.

4 U Songs is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
